What is osteopathy

  • Osteopathy is a hands on approach to healthcare that recognises the importance between the structures of your body and the way it works.
  • Stress and Strain on your musculoskeletal system can affect your joints, fascia, muscles, ligaments, nerves and circulation.
  • Osteopaths listen to your story and look at your overall physical presentation to determine the what, where and how before embarking on the treatment.

My Approach

  • Wide variety of modalities – soft tissue massage, joint mobilising, hold and release techniques, stretching, dry needling, cupping and taping.
  • Focus on encouraging movement through manual techniques and home exercises.
  • Assessing and treating tightness to address painful areas.

Osteopathy is recognized worldwide as a valuable and effective natural healing method that has been practiced in Australia for more than 100 years.
